Why I do only this.
I relocated to Arizona from Scottsdale years ago — and then made the decision most agents never make: instead of trying to work the entire Valley, I planted my family in one specific corridor and focused my career there.
My wife, Sarah, grew up in South Tempe. She knows these streets from childhood — the good neighborhoods, the tricky ones, the schools that were great 20 years ago versus the ones that are great now. Our kids go to Valley Christian Schools, one of the top private Christian schools in Arizona, just minutes from our home. We live, work, school, shop, and worship in the same corridor I sell in. It's not a coincidence.
When I was deciding where to specialize, I didn't pick the trendy luxury markets. I didn't chase the Scottsdale bubble or compete for attention in Paradise Valley. I picked the corridor I believed in — 85284 and 85248. Two mirror-image zip codes in the geographic center of the Valley. Close to everything. Half the flash of Scottsdale. Twice the substance of most of the East Valley. And almost nobody was specializing in them at the $1M+ level.
That became my thesis. Two zip codes. One unified luxury corridor. 84/48.
I work with Gluch Group at eXp Realty — a team with real market power behind me, but I run my own specialty inside it. I don't take listings in Glendale or buyer leads in Goodyear. I'm not trying to be a volume agent. I'd rather work five luxury buyers thoroughly than fifty buyers partially. That's the only way to actually know a market at this level.
The 84/48 Luxury brand is my way of making that specialty visible — a focused, local-authority resource for serious $1M+ buyers who want someone who lives in the corridor, knows every street, and has a family invested in the schools and community.
