This policy explains what information we collect on 8448luxury.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. The site is run by Ben Graham, REALTOR, Arizona license SA640694000, with Gluch Group at eXp Realty. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Ben Graham and 8448 Luxury.
1. What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, take the neighborhood quiz, book a call, sign up for updates, or message us, you may share your name, email, phone number, your message, quiz answers, and details about your home or move.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, we and our tools may collect your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site you came from. This happens through cookies and similar tools.
2. How we use it
- To answer your questions and set up calls or showings.
- To send the guides, quiz results, or updates you asked for.
- To follow up about buying or selling a home, including by email or text if you agreed to it.

- eXp Realty and Gluch Group, as needed for brokerage records and compliance.

5. Text messages
We only text you if you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts. Texts come from Ben Graham. How often you hear from us depends on what you are working on with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never required to buy or sell a home. We do not share your mobile number or your text consent with third parties for their own marketing.
6. Email
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Use it anytime and we will stop.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we will respond. We may need to keep some records, such as those from a real estate transaction, because the law requires it.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to work with you, and as long as the law or our brokerage requires. After that, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
9. Security
We use reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or tool is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive details such as bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, or passwords through the site forms or by email.
10. Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Other websites
This site links to other websites and tools, such as YouTube, Instagram, and Google. They have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest change. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated policy.
