The homes in Carver Ranch Estates date back to 1980 and kept filling in through 1987, on third of an acre lots, and run around 5,118 square feet through the middle of the range. The whole neighborhood sits behind a gate. About half the homes have a basement. Most of this valley does not, so the square footage here goes further than the lot would suggest. Almost everything is two story. Worth knowing before you tour. Pools are standard here, not an upgrade.
