The homes in Corona Vista were built between 1985 and 1999, on acre lots, and run around 9,031 square feet through the middle of the range. No gate, no HOA. That is a real trade. Some buyers want the freedom and some want the rulebook, and there is no wrong answer. About three in four homes have a basement. Most of this valley does not, so the square footage here goes further than the lot would suggest. Almost everything is two story. Worth knowing before you tour.
