Why Locals Love It.
The homes in Santorini Shores went up in one tight window, 1998 to 2002, on quarter acre lots, and run around 3,749 square feet through the middle of the range. The water is the point. Homes sit on it, back to it, or look across it, and the lots that do carry a premium for good reason. Pools are standard here, not an upgrade. Guest houses show up often enough to be worth asking about.
Water out the back and a gate at the front. That pairing is rare enough that buyers wait for it rather than settle.
HOA runs around $238 a month. Gated means a code, not a guard house. Worth setting expectations on. Homes run from about 2,879 to 5,310 square feet, so two listings on the same street can be completely different houses. Schools are Basha Elementary Sch, Bogle Junior High and Hamilton.
Why it works.
Pro Tip
Not every waterfront lot is equal. Ask which direction it faces and what you are looking at across the water. Two homes on the same lake can be very different to live in.
THE HONEST TRADEOFF
Lots are on the smaller side for this price tier. You are buying the setting and the house here, not the land.
Who this fits.
“Santorini Shores is small, gated, and every home sits on the water with the golf close by. It trades on its setting, and the setting holds up.”

Thinking about Santorini Shores?
Four trailing sales is a thin dataset and a thin market — which means the right home doesn't come up often, and when it does, the buyers who win are the ones already in conversation. Let's get you in conversation: what's the timeline, what's the must-have, what's the deal-breaker.
